With this story, if you call the New York post hard evidence, you have it. However he never lied to congress, exactly. His statement was he never injected any illegal PEDs. The thing to note is that he said injected, and "illegal" is a term that can be used to describe MLB's rules OR the U.S. laws. So he was a little bit of a snake with his answers, and he won't get into Barry Bonds, Raffy, or Roger type trouble.
